Die forged scraper chains are made of high grade alloy steel and heat treated. Chain links can be reworked by welding attachments and scrapers. The following table lists the various types of forged chains. Corresponding breaking loads and core/surface hardnesses are based on 42CrMo4 material. Other types are available on request.

Heat Treatment: Heat treatment ensures uniform surface hardness and depth. Heat treatment is the core process of forged conveyor chains. With many years of experience, we know how to carry out heat treatment to achieve the best working performance.
Quality Inspection: Each link is inspected and tested in our inspection room, especially for hardness. The test results are stored in our comprehensive database so that they can be checked at any time.
