Includes fillet welded K attachments to provide additional joint strength and smaller than standard cog rollers to reduce weight, which is necessary to produce wear-resistant and long-lasting chains. Special heavy duty chains can be produced when the chain is used in abrasive and/or corrosive conditions.

Bucket ElevatorThe chain is supplied with fillet welded K attachments for dynamic discharge (centrifugal) elevators and G attachments for positive discharge elevators. Design details for each type of elevator can be found in the downloadable design guide.

When dealing with certain aggressive materials, it is sometimes necessary to modify the design, material or heat treatment of the chain, in which case we recommend consulting a UniISO application engineer before specifying the chain.
