At each stage of production, we take samples and measure with calipers to guarantee consistent production.
Forging customers need to submit the drawing of specific components to our company. The Engineering Department analyzes such drawings together to confirm whether parts can be produced according to the technical specification of customers. The Production Department evaluates the quantity, time price of raw materials and the production schedule. Then we send the quotation to the customer. If the customer accepts the quotation, our company will design and produce moulds. After production of moulds, we will produce the forging part sample and then send it to the customer for final check, and then we will start comprehensive production.

These advanced presses span a capacity spectrum from 650 tons to 4000 tons, enabling SENO to fabricate forgings in sizes ranging from a few ounces to 100 pounds.
